I screwed up my wordpress installation and i want to start from scratch. How do i reintall wordpress. Do I need to delete all the files under public_html?
1. Delete the WordPress files under your public_html.
2. Delete the existing WordPress database.
3. Create a fresh new database for WordPress.
4. Install WordPress as new.
This will be the reinstall for starting new. If you want to save your post and comments, make sure to make a backup.
